Our Team
Sam and Denise Urick are a husband and wife business and technology team with over 20 years experience. They understand the challenges facing businesses of all sizes and have a long history of building and implementing effective systems for major corporations as well as for smaller businesses. These include Wells Fargo, American Express, Bank of America, 3Com, Farmers Insurance, government departments, international non-profit organizations, and more.Their work involves project design, execution, and team building - always using the best technology in the industry, and always in the most economical and innovative way possible. Sam and Denise believe in building long-term working relationships of trust, shared commitments and customized service. They do not believe the statement “it is just business”. They believe that we all have the opportunity to treat each other as family; whether it is two businesses coming together or two complete strangers. Their philosophy forms the heart of our philosophy at DSTech Solutions today.
Billy Jackson has 15 years experience in the technology industry. He has been involved in every phase of operations from the desktop to 10,000 plus Global Enterprise systems. He has worked with major enterprise systems for major Fortune 500 companies such as Microsoft USA, Microsoft Latin America, Nokia, Texas Instruments, Shell Oil, and AT&T. He has been involved with managing technical projects in several countries and speaks Spanish and Portuguese fluently. He is certified as a Microsoft Systems Engineer (MCSE), Cisco Certified Network Associate (CCNA), network and systems security through CompTIA (Security +) and IT Service Management certification through Information Technology Infrastructure Library (ITIL).
Daniel Strain has over sixteen years experience in advertising and promotions with companies including AT&T/Southwestern Bell. He has written and designed advertising, run promotional campaigns, and served as a marketing consultant for literally thousands of different client businesses of all sizes and sectors. He has worked as Marketing Manager for California's largest flooring distributor, and as Director of Marketing for an international medical organization. Daniel is an expert in utilizing social media to build communities and increase brand loyalty. He is also versed in both internet marketing as well as traditional marketing channels.
Ric Frazier, award-winning photographer, is one of the most skilled, experienced and versatile photographers in the world. He has worked with clients such as Nike, Kodak, Hilton, and O'Niell. Ric has directed commercials, videos, and other spots for MTV, the Syfy Channel, Alanis Morrisette, Pepsi, Diesel jeans, Caesars Atlantic City, and more. Ric is one of those rare individuals whose creativity extends beyond the artistic world to that of technology. He is a highly creative web designer and developer, with an interest in inventory, technology, and robotics.We also work with a number of other team members and professional contacts.
